I was a Music and English major, then got two more degrees in writing. I've eaten Nutella on three different continents, and you can find a lot of my poetry online here: https://www.rebeccamacijeski.com/.

One of my favorite quotes of all time comes from Han Suyin:

"There is nothing stronger in the world than gentleness."

My name is Ashlynn Lacombe and I am a junior editor for Argus this year. I am also a senior English major with a concentration in literature. I have a passion for writing poetry and reading mostly fantasy/fantasy romance novels. My current favorite poet is Rupi Kaur. Her poetry is passionate yet simple and straight to the point (I highly recommend reading or listening to her poetry). My current fantasy read is the Flamecaster series by Cinda Williams Chima (have not finished yet but also highly recommend).

Copy Editor

Marko Bones

(He/They)

Hell, I'm Marko Bones and if I had to choose between being a man or muppet, I'd always choose muppet. I have a Bachelor's in Biology and I'm getting a Bachelor's in English (Creative Writing).

I'm an Aquarius sun and Aries moon+rising.

I have a lot of favorite things, but Jim Henson and vampires have a death grip on my reality, so The Labyrinth (1986) and The Lost Boys (1987) are so me for real.
