Favorite Memory: My favorite memory from college was Demon Days last year. It was so fun to meet new people and attend all of the events!

I am a Sophomore majoring in Production and Design with CAPA. One of my most recent favorite memories is winning a craftmanship contest within my division category for my sewn Victorian walking ensemble. My current creative project is a gorgeous dress from Game of Thrones! Some of my favorite things include The Picture of Dorian Gray (1890), The Silence of the Lambs (1991), and Bojack Horseman (2014-2020).

Hi there! I’m McKayla and I am a sophomore business administration major with a minor in theater! I am the PR manager here at Argus! I enjoy watching anime and hanging out with friends. I also really enjoy listening to music. My favorite artists/bands at the moment are Chris Grey and Sleeping with Sirens.
My favorite memory I have is the day I graduated high school, I felt so accomplished and knew it was time for the next step in life : College!

This is my first year being on staff for Argus. I enjoy watching anime and calling my family back home everyday. I enjoy a variety of writing but my current favorite style is Concrete Poetry. I love experimenting and trying new forms of writing.
Fun Fact: I have been to at least ten National Parks and at least eighteen or nineteen States in the United States.
Favorite Memory: And as of now, my favorite memory is the time I performed four of my pieces of poetry for my family for Senior Saturday at New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts. I really surprised all of those who could come and it made me really happy to hear that they all enjoyed my work and were so very proud of me.

I have a lot of favorite things, but Jim Henson and vampires have a death grip on my reality, so The Labyrinth (1986) and The Lost Boys (1987) are so me for real.

Fun Fact: I love to draw and write stories for characters I've made. Some of my other hobbies include cosplay, dungeons and dragons, video games, and singing. Teal is the best color, Queen is the best band, pho is the best food, and my dog Wendy is the best girl.
My favorite memories have always come from going to my favorite water/theme park with my Papaw. He would take me to it every year on my birthday, and any other chance we could get during the summer. It got to the point where we even got season passes for the park. He enjoyed going on the thrilling rides with big drops, while I loved the water slides. It felt like the most fun I ever had, and I'll always cherish the time I got to spend with him.
